6 months old!

Halfway to a year...are you crazy? He is already this old?? Don't get bigger, little one! But if you must, just don't lose those cheeks.

Size...
21 lbs. Boo-ya.

Eating habits...
distracted by the world. Super fast nurser. Gets incredibly annoyed if people are eating and he is not. He's up to 2 feedings a day - although I'm still holding off on the fruit because once you go sweet you don't go back...

Sleeping habits...
Naps: 9-11am. 1-3pm. Sometimes a cat-nap at 5:00. Still begs for bed at 7:00pm and is up by 7:00am (with one feeding somewhere in there). Sleeps with a little snuggy blanket that holds mama's smell. Oh, and he's learned how to roll over to his tummy (which, apparently, he can only do in his sleep) so if you hear him screaming bloody murder at 1:00am that would be him, unable to roll back over. (***Update, except for last night! Sooo cute to see babies sleep on their tummy...)

His favorite things...
seeing daddy when he gets home; swinging at the park.

His least favorite thing...
watching people at the dinner table if he doesn't have food, himself. Oh, and he really didn't like the cow that mooed in his face at the fair.

New discoveries...
his voice! He's said "boooo" and "mamamamamama" and tries to scream at the highest pitch he can find - especially when the old ladies make googly eyes at him at Mass. He also (finally) got in his first two teeth!

Places traveled...
my parent's house. And he did awesome. He also had his first trip to the fair and his first time out on the football field with daddy.

The crappy stuff...
nothing. Well, there's probably a lot but with the third kid you don't have time to focus on the crappy stuff. (except for the diaper blowout yesterday that not only made it up Levi's back by my arms as well...not cool)

How brother and sister are doing...
Levi joins in on the fun a bit more than he used to, especially now that he can sit up for a few minutes before falling over. Max likes to eat his baby food and pull the Jumperoo all around the kitchen - with Levi still in it.

How mommy and daddy are doing...
With a now (somewhat) predictable and incredibly happy baby we are doing great. Levi just exudes so much joy! I used to say, with Max, that I would have 50 babies if they were all laid back like him. But I would have 51 babies if they were all so happy, like Levi. I really do want him to stay 6 months old forever.........
